Martin Andenmatten

Martin Andenmatten has been involved in various fields of the information technology for more than 25 years.

After years of involvement in systems technology in the large-computer segment as well as in a client-server environment, Mr. Andenmatten managed various IT infrastructure projects. For more than 4 years he was responsible for the operation of all decentralized systems and applications in a private Swiss bank where he led a team of more than 30 employees. Today, Martin Andenmatten is CEO of Glenfis AG. He leads substantial service management projects for various customers. Since 2002 he has also been course manager of the successful ITIL® Foundation, ITIL® Service Manager and COBIT trainings. Moreover, as accredited trainer for Apollo13 and Challenge of Egypt he leads process simulations and ITSM experiences directly at the client site.

He acquired his theoretical knowledge as a graduate in Business Informatics II and Business Economics FH. Furthermore, he is a certified ITIL® Service Manager as well as ITIL® V3 Expert , and in 2003 passed the examination to become a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Since autumn 2004 he is certified ISO/IEC consultant and auditor. Furthermore, since 2008 Martin Andenmatten is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT). His practical experiences he has documented as the publisher and author of the books «ISO 20000: Praxishandbuch für Service Management und IT-Governance» and «IT-Services steuern mit ITIL». Martin Andenmatten founded Glenfis Ltd. in 1999.

Sabrina Flückiger-Strothmann

«If something bothers you, change it. If you can't change it, change your attitude.»

Sabrina Flückiger-Strotmann started working in the IT training environment in 1991.

After graduation from the University of Cologne, Germany as a master of educational sciences and agogic, 1991 Sabrina Flückiger-Strotmann started working for a Swiss software company, where she was in charge of all desktop publishing, including manuals and training material. As of 1994 she concentrated totally on IT training. She provided application training to staff members of a Swiss private bank in Zurich and New York. At Glenfis AG she works as an ITSM trainer for glenfisAcademy and as a consultant for glenfisSolution.

Sabrina Flückiger-Strotmann holds a masters degree in educational sciences, is a certified ITIL® Expert and is certified in COBIT.

She joined the Glenfis AG team in January 2008.

Daniel Frutschi

Daniel Frutschi has been working in the area of information technology since 1986; within IT Service Management since 1999.

Following the studies, Daniel Frutschi worked as a research associate at a university in the US. He was engaged in different areas in operation centres. He defined standards and conducted several international projects. As a project manager, he negotiated and supervised telecom service level agreements. Daniel Frutschi conducts IT Service Management customer projects for Glenfis Ltd. and is involved in assessments and audits (ISO/IEC 20000 and 27001).

Daniel Frutschi has successfully completed several educations (mechanical engineering FH, post graduate study in software engineering, post graduate study in business operation STV).

Daniel Frutschi is certified ITIL® Expert, ISO/IEC 20'000 Consultant and ISO/IEC 20000 Auditor, as well as ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information System Manager (CISM) in the security sector.

Daniel Frutschi has joined Glenfis AG in 2002 and is business partner.

Corinna Hohl

Corinna Hohl has a broad experience in different tasks in financial and personal administration. Following a successful completion of her commercial education she stayed abroad in France. After this she broadened her knowledge in accounting. Furthermore her job in a Trust Agency gave her the possibility to improve her professional competences. Additionally she supervise two further small accounting mandate.

Corinna Hohl decided to join Glenfis AG in September 2011. In the function of the CFO she takes responsibility for the accounting department and the personal administration.

Claudia Könz

Claudia Könz has been working in various areas of information technology since 1998.

Following an education for software engineering in a large bank she passed a study in business information technology. After successful completion of her study she worked as a team and project leader in the SW development at this bank. Later on she performed several roles like test, quality, process and service manager. Additionally she enhanced her expert knowledge continuously in the area of education.

Claudia Könz has a bachelor degree in Business Information Technology and is a certified ITIL® Expert.

She joined the Glenfis Team as a Trainer and Consultant in October 2011.

Alex Lichtenberger

«Es gibt nichts Gutes, ausser man tut es»

Alex Lichtenberger has been working in the area of IT Service Management since more than 10 years.

After successful completion of his studies at the University of St. Gallen and scientific support at the Institute for Information Management, he joined IBM as an IT consultant, where he primarily implemented CRM systems for clients. As part of the IT management support team of a Swiss Healthcare company, he was furthermore leading various IT Service Management projects. Later on he joined an international IT service provider, where he was as Global Service Delivery Manager responsible for the outsourced Managed Security Service for a global client in the pharmaceutical industry. Before Alex joined Glenfis, he was leading several years the area End User Services at a Bank in Switzerland.

Alex Lichtenberger has a master degree in business administration and is certified ITIL V3 Expert. He joined the Glenfis team 1st of September 2011.

Ben Martin

After completion of studies in social sciences and information technology, Ben Martin has been working in the IT Industry for 15 years in various positions as Project Manager, Team Head, Account Executive and Management Consultant.

Employed by international blue chip companies of the life science industry, he was responsible for the management of global infrastructure, applications and sourcing programs, this including data center consolidation projects, implementation of shared service centers – near-shore and off-shore.

As the Global Head of IT Service Management he has been accountable for the successful definition, implementation and operation of an ITIL aligned IT Service Management Frame Works.

In his position as Management Consultant of an American Consulting company, Ben was sharing his experiences in IT Service Management with various customers. At the same time, he was gaining new insights into the areas of IT Strategy Development and IT Governance.

As a global Account Executive of an outsourcing contract, Ben has made himself familiar with all the aspects of IT Sourcing and the related governance frame works.

Since February 2011, Ben Martin has been appointed as Principal Consultant at Glenfis AG. Besides of the realization of consulting mandates, Ben will focus on the development of portfolio and business opportunities in central Europe.

Adrian Müller

Adrian Müller has been working in the area of IT-Service Management for more than 15 years.

After his education as Electronics Engineer Adrian Mueller worked on international measurement assignments in for several years.

In 1989 Adrian Mueller joined a major IT enterprise and over a period of 10 years held various IT-Service Management positions. He has since successfully applied the experience gained during this time in various national and international projects. The main focuses of these project activities were in the areas of "Operational IT Processes" and "Management of Change in IT enterprises".

Adrian Mueller has complemented his technical profile with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and by obtaining Certificates in ITIL® and PRINCE2. He is an ITIL® expert. Since autumn 2004 he is certified BS 15000 & ISO 20000 consultant.

Guido Salvi

Guido Salvi has been working in various areas of IT Service Management as a project manager, team head and management consultant since 1990.

Following the studies, Guido Salvi worked for an international company of the life science industry as a team and project leader. He managed successfully various projects in the area of operation center automation and service operation. Since 1997 he worked as a senior consultant for large software provider companies. He was responsible for the design and deployment of IT service management solutions which he provided successfully for different customers in Europe. Starting 2007 he and his team developed a methodology for the top-down and end-to-end service management of critical business processes. Based on the methodology he implements successfully end-to-end service management for different international Service providers and large Swiss companies. In corporation with the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) he enhanced the methodology in the context of a CTI-project (Commission for Technology and Innovation) supported by the Swiss government.

Guido Salvi has a degree as informatics engineer ETH with a minor in business economics and is a certified ITIL V3 Expert.

Guido Salvi joined the Glenfis team in September 2011.

Sandor Sarman

Sandor Sarman has been working in various fields of information technology since 1987.

Upon completion of his economic master's degree and language studies in England, France and Mexico he worked for renowned international computer manufacturers. He was employed as a project manager and as a manager in sales and marketing. Since 1996 he has been involved in IT infrastructure and IT organizational projects as a project manager, project coach and instructor. His activities covered the fields of standards, as well as information and service management.

Sandor Sarman has a degree in economics and is a certified ITIL® Expert and ISO 20000 Consultant. He joined the Glenfis team in April 2007.

Daniel Schmid

Daniel Schmid has many years experience as a line manager in the IT management and is a proven expert on best practice frameworks like ITIL, TOGAF and CobIT. Further, he has sound knowledge in IT financial management and IT procurement.

He has a degree in Business Informatics University of Zurich, is Certified ITIL Expert , Certified IT Service Manager and TOGAF 9 Certified.

 Daniel Schmid is working in computer science since 2003. He dealt in a Swiss energy company, most recently in the role as Head of IT Governenance & Controlling, mainly with the following topics:

 - Implementation and enforcement of effective cost control measures

 - Implementation and enforcement of ITIL processes, particularly IT Change Management

 - Introduction of the IT part of the statutory internal control system (ICS)

 - Conducting customer surveys in collaboration with the University of Bern

 - Professionalization and enforcement of the central IT procurement

 - Implementation of IT benchmarks

 - Design and creation of IT service costing, cost allocation and preparation of service contracts

Daniel Schmid has been working since March 2012 as Senior Consultant at Glenfis AG. He will focus on consulting mandates, training and developing the product portfolio.

Moshe de Smitt

Moshe De Smitt has been working in various areas of IT Service Management since 1998.

After his education in France (Bachelor of Electronic Technology) and a stint abroad of a few years (for language, pedagogic and didactic studies), he started his IT career as a technical engineer. From 2000 on, he managed various IT infrastructure projects and was responsible for operations as a service delivery manager at an international IT service provider. Since 2003, he has successfully managed projects involving implementing Service Management processes and setting up an end-to-end delivery organization for a renowned global electronics company. In addition, he headed an IT team through a change process (reorganization of enterprise procedures), participated in international projects, and was responsible for contracts fulfillment as well as demand management.

Moshe de Smitt holds a Bachelor of Electronic Technology, is a certified ITIL® Expert and is certified for PRINCE2, COBIT and ISO/IEC 20000 Consultant & Internal Auditor.

Moshe de Smitt joined the Glenfis team in November 2008.

Mathias Traugott

Mathias Traugott has been working in various areas of IT Service Management since 2000.

Upon completion of his apprenticeship in 1988 as airline professional he was employed in several functions and positions as Ground Manager, Customer Service Manager, Deputy of the Head of the Station Control and Project Manager at Zurich International Airport. Since 2000 Mathias Traugott is engaged in the IT Service Management environment and was responsible for the lead and development of the unit customer care at Atraxis. From spring 2002 until spring 2008 he managed t he IT Service Management & Automatization journey and domain at Swisscom Mobile.

Mathias Traugott holds a degree in economics as Bachelor of Business Administration BBA, is certified ITIL® Expert and certified in ISO 20000 and COBIT.

Mathias Traugott joined the team of Glenfis Ltd. in March 2008 and is responsible for the development of the Consulting Business within the Business Unit glenfisSolution as Partner & Head glenfisSolution.

Rita Weber

Rita Weber has a broad experience as an accountant and head of personal administration.

After a commercial education and stays abroad in France and the United Kingdom Mrs. Weber worked in lawyer offices and in the head office of a financial institution. She attended further training on an ongoing basis and acquired her accounting competencies in a Swiss multinational company. During the last 9 years Mrs. Weber further developed and specialized her skills in a SME, where she gained a lot of experience in controlling and management functions.

Rita Weber decided to join Glenfis AG at the beginning of 2006. In the function of the CFO she takes responsibility for the accounting department and the staff administration.

Werren Beatrice

Beatrice Werren is a very experienced disposition and organization manager. After her commercial education and continuous on the job trainings Beatrice Werren worked in the airfreight disposition business. Over the last seven years she dedicated her experience and organizational talent to an alarm control unit.

Beatrice Werren joined the Glenfis team in January 2010, taking over the responsibility for all organizational and administrational aspects of glenfisAcademy. In addition to that she coordinates the Glenfis webshop sales.

Mirjam van Zweden

After a considerable period of time spent in the advertising industry managing a major international brand of energy drink that gives you wings, Mirjam van Zweden has made a comeback into the IT branch where she originated 2004 for the first time. She was previously the IT Service- and later in the IT Quality Management with a major swiss bank.

After having followed basic commercial school education, she started her working life in the sales department as a travel agent, with the swiss market leader. She stayed loyal within the Travel and Airline Industry for 21 years. To complete her skill set, Mirjam van Zweden did extra-occupational Studies in advertising, PR and Marketing and holds a federal swiss certificate. Special Studies at the University of St. Gallen and the University of Berne round off her knowledge profile.

The slightly different view on the IT-Industry allows a more emotional approach to what is otherwise a technically structured world of work.

Mirjam joined the Glenfis team in March 2010 and is responsible for Marketing & Communications.
