Now we have to corroborate the new knowledge all around IT governance; to learn or strengthen the knowledge of the techniques and methods. In our glenfisAcademy we communicate practical knowledge and stimulate awareness to recognise the overall context. In addition, we offer extensive training and certification programs regarding the topics ITIL and ISO 20000.

In order that the training courses have the best possible practical experience, a continuous exchange of experiences takes place between our trainers, consultants and coaches. Experiences from the projects flow directly into our training manuals. And with our interactive process simulation the interrelations between ITSM and the capability of ITIL become visible; learning becomes practice-oriented.
