| Intro |
This training - designed as an inhouse seminar - simulates the situation of the "Apollo 13" mission to the moon; and the return of the damaged spacecraft to the earth. The results of each mission are being discussed in the group.
In this simulation the ITIL® processes are developped and actively lived.
This training focusses mainly on the team aspect. All challenges can only be successfully met via active team work. Therefore we evaluate possibilities of process improvement and improvement of the team work. |
| Course Specialities |
- This simulation training can be combined with ITIL® overview or even ITIL® foundation courses with resulting certification upon request. This way the ITIL® processes appear more vivid and due to the involvement of the participants more eventful.
- This simulation training is only available as inhouse training. |
| Learning Goals |
- Gain funded insight into ITIL® theory. The Apollo 13 situation transfers the ITIL® processes into concrete scenarios.
- Experience in the interdependancy of single processes and the consequences for the entire organization.
- Excercise the recognition of procedures. Experience how a good concept can improve the performance of a service department.
- Realize how a team can work together more effectively and how mutual planning and implementation can optimize procedures and processes.
- The simulation helps to gain new insight in how daily processes can be developped
