In addition to the basic ‘must’ requirements of the OGC/APMG software function plan based on the ITIL® core books, the criteria for the glenfisPassed service primarily also include practitioner and implementation requirements on the part of the Glenfis experts. Glenfis has successfully passed through the three-stage auditing process and is now the second company to be officially appointed as a licensed software assessor - the first company to do so in the heart of Europe.
