ISO 20000 CONSULTANT & AUDITOR:
QUALITY CERTIFICATE

The internationally recognised standard and quality certificate for IT service management is called ISO 20000. This standard is based on ITIL and serves as a cornerstone for IT governance and likewise guarantees compliance with standards and security. The necessary minimum standards for processes are specified and described. The continuous optimisation of service quality and adaptation of IT service to changing business requirements are thereby formally in the foreground. With the incorporated monitoring system this standard can be audited and is objectively verifiable.

As an accredited ISO 20000 training institute, Glenfis is authorised to train and examine consultants and auditors. Our employees directly introduce the experience from their own ISO 20000 certificationto the training courses. Even if no certification is desired, implementation of IT service management in accordance with the ISO 20000 standard is worthwhile.
