ITIL SIMULATIONS

Practice-related learning is not only more effective, but is also more enjoyable. Therefore, we have developed our process simulation training. This has the purpose that processes can be experienced – and the consequences of a change are immediately clear. ITIL and ISO 20000 concepts and practices are conveyed in a hands-on and interactive way using our programs "Challenge of Egypt" and "Apollo 13". At the same time we offer two different forms: IT Service Management Case Experience for the implementation of ITIL, or Mission Control Governance on the basis of ISO 20000 for the effect of IT service management processes.

In our "Challenge of Egypt" training program the ambitious task is set to rebuild the Cheops pyramids; with a limited budget and all natural adversities. And in the second training program, situations in the "Apollo 13" mission are realistically reconstructed; and the damaged spaceship is brought back to earth. The results in both missions are analysed and discussed in the circle. Finally "Grab@pizza" is our newest simulation, integrating with the Business view on IT. For all training programs the team aspect is clearly central. The challenges can only be successfully mastered with active teamwork. Therefore, we emphasise possibilities for process optimisation and together evaluate ways of improvement for the teamwork.
