Following last year's great success, the "Service Management Forum Switzerland" is now holding this information and networking event for the second time. As a guest organization we would like to welcome the Community of Interest DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) of the Business Relationship Management BRM Institute. The BRM Institute has set itself the goal of inspiring, promoting and developing the relationship between IT and business in such a way that a genuine and professional partnership can emerge. Within the framework of specialist lectures, keynote speeches, discussion forums, panel discussions and a specialist exhibition with solutions and products, we want to further promote and network the service management community in Switzerland. In addition, we intend to present the most innovative Service Management solutions and projects with a "Service Management Switzerland Award" on October 24.
