Cloud computing, namely – the provision of IT services via the Internet – has revolutionized the IT world. Alongside this shift, the field of IT has become more standardised and more flexible than ever before. At the same time, new challenges have arisen in the areas of security, user confidence, interfaces and network bandwidth.
