In this 2-day course, you will build the skills you need to become a powerful team member of an Agile Release Train (ART) - and learn how to work effectively with other teams - by becoming an SAFe® 4 Practitioner (SP). You will gain a deep understanding of ART, how it creates value and what you can do to effectively fulfil your role with Scrum and Kanban.

Today, Scrum is the most popular of all the Agile methods: With this simple structure and clearly defined roles, the principles of Scrum can be learnt quickly and utilised productively, enabling optimal utilisation of the advantages of Agile.
