Agile approaches in strategy and product development rely on business analysts for the same competencies and activities as with traditional approaches. The main challenge for business analysts with agile approaches is generally found in the aspects of documentation and timing, but also in the different tools and techniques which are introduced to support the business analysis activities.
This seminar has its focus on the central activities and responsibilities of business analysts in agile project teams. It also highlights the variable adoption of the business analyst role in different agile project set-ups. Participants get an overview on how to successfully transfer tools and techniques from traditional business analysis into an agile project environment, as well as new tools and techniques specifically introduced for agile business analysis.
Participants should preferably have a basic knowledge on business analysis activities and competencies, requirements engineering and basic knowledge of agile principles.
Business Analysts, Requirements Engineers, Project Managers, Product Owners, Scum Masters as well as anyone aiming to optimise and establish agile frameworks in their organisation.
