Get to know the SAFe® Framework and Lean Agile principles in this 2-day Certified SAFe® Agilist traning. You will learn how to use the Agile Release Trains (ART) and SAFe® practises to continuously add value to your business. You will experience PI Planning and learn how to develop an Agile portfolio and lead a lean agile organization.You understand the Lean Agile mindset and how you can use the principles and practices of SAFe® 4.6 to support your teams, programs and portfolios. You will also learn how to coordinate large value streams for Lean-Agile.
