Cloud computing has decisively changed the way that business processes are realised, deployed and managed.Essential IT components are now quicker and more versatile in application.However, each cloud solution also carries risks that must be weighed against the opportunities. It is only then can a decision be made as to whether the cloud is a viable solution.

This course conveys the foundations towards the definition and documentation of a cloud- and sourcing strategy. This includes the provision of IT functions carried out by external partners, as well as the identification of potential suppliers as strategic partners.
